French Dough Bowls White, Small

I love my whole Dough Bowl collection. Solid strong wood, great shapes, sizes & I picked out colors that were more in the cool tones of white & greys, while still being able to see the beauty of the wood.

Dimensions: – 9″ Length X 6″ Width

History Tidbit:
Dough Bowls can be dated back several hundred years back and were used for making breads. The bowls were passed down from mother to daughter or husband to his new bride. The dough was kneaded in the bowel then covered with a cloth and left to rise. Wooden bowls were used most because the wood held its heat generated by the fermentation of the yeast.
