Vintage French Gathering Wine Jug

At first glance I thought “What a pretty vase”, the color is great with unique white grape handles. It looked very Pompeii, Italiano. I found out that it’s actually a table wine jug that holds your wine all day for continuous consumption. Kind of like the modern day water dispenser! Gotta love the French!

Features a nice size opening for the wine to breathe—a narrow neck to keep bugs out & a squatty body to keep wine cool and fresh. 1940’s Vintage France.

If you’re a collector of Wine Antiquities, this is one table jug you don’t want to pass up, it would definitely be a conversation piece for your guest as you “gather” to enjoy a glass of wine.
